We enthusiastically recommend Mr. Anthony Petrolia as a real estate agent and for any other similar customer-facing work.
Purchasing a home in the real estate market of 2009-2010 was especially difficult for us, not only because of volatile home prices but also in no small part due to our location of some 1,500 miles from our new address listed and appropriate home. Anthony persevered over the course of more than one year, tirelessly and patiently showing us numerous properties and ultimately helping us to navigate the purchase process itself to completion. In the end, the house we purchased was greater in every way than all others we had considered.
During a much different real estate market circa 2005, we dealt with other agents and salespeople in an earlier, unsuccessful attempt at relocation. None of the personnel we encountered then expressed even a fraction of the concern for our home-buying satisfaction that M. Petrolia would impart during our later, successful venture. Additionally, without his substantial knowledge of Boca Raton and adjoining communities, we would have been far less capable of making a truly informed decision about the most suitable neighborhood.
We are grateful tho Anthony Petrolia and his team at Re/Max Services for their guidance and expertise in our 2010 home purchase. We are confident that anyone seeking to purchase a home will be fortunate to have them in their service.

You were able to get our previous home sold where other realtors had failed by being honest and upfront about its true value in today's real estate market. Thanks to your sales approach we were able to sell quickly after languishing for months on the market and chasing prices to the bottom.

Throughout the process of looking for the new home, when you quickly sized up the kind of property that I was looking for, to the actual negotiating of the price, your skills and expertise were invaluable. Tony Petrolia sold us our home on Tropic Isle in Delray Beach in 1992. After years of enjoyment and some major renovations of the property, we once again sought out Tony to sell the property in 2006. We wanted to send you a brief note of appreciation for the fantastic job you did in selling our home this past summer, in this extremely challenging market! We had always been impressed with your marketing skills and your presence in the Delray Beach area, which is why we contacted you when we decided to list our house.
We recognized and appreciated your expert advice about selling the property. We had the location, but as you indicated (well ahead of the curve), in order to sell homes in this declining economy, we had to price it right!
Besides for having to deal with the economic challenges, we also had to contend with our tenants (with dogs) at the time. Since this was our second home, it was rented at the time, and so you had to work around their schedules and their resistance when it came to showing the property.
